We are a locally owned service company in Hudson, not a franchise and not private equity. Six trades under one roof, work across seven counties, and a name that has been on the same trucks for over thirty years.

Six trades, one company
HVAC, electrical, solar, generators and pool equipment, with propane through our sister company. Plenty of room to broaden what you can do.
Established and stable
Founded in 1989 and still at the same address. This is not a company that appeared last year and might be gone next.
Licensed properly
We hold both mechanical and electrical contractor licenses in house, CAC1817165 and EC13004101, so the work is done right and to code.
Local work
Seven counties, based out of Hudson. You are home at night, not living out of a hotel three states away.
Residential and commercial
Homes, businesses, HOAs and property managers. Different problems, different equipment, more to learn.
Room for people starting out
Experienced techs are welcome, and so is anyone with a good attitude who wants to learn the trade properly.

HVAC installers
Changeouts and new system installs, done properly and sized correctly.
Electricians
Service work, panels, wiring and troubleshooting, residential and commercial.
Solar and generator techs
Installation and service on solar systems and whole home standby generators.
Pool equipment techs
Pumps, filters, heaters and controls, for homes and commercial properties.
Helpers and apprentices
No experience needed. Turn up, pay attention, and learn the trade.
Office and dispatch
Scheduling, customer calls and keeping the whole operation moving.
Sales and estimating
Talking to homeowners and businesses about systems, options and pricing.

A note on requirements. Most field roles involve driving a company vehicle across our service area, so a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are needed. Everything else we can talk about.
