Shore Commercial Inc. is a service company based at 10105 Hudson Ave, Hudson, FL 34667, providing HVAC, electrical, solar, generator and pool equipment services. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Shore Commercial Inc.

Sunrise Propane is a separate company operating from the same address. Information you provide to Sunrise Propane is handled under their own privacy policy.

• Details about the equipment at your property and the service you need
• Membership selections and enrollment details if you join Shore360

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule service
• To provide the services and memberships you have asked for

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop us contacting you about work already scheduled.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the business:

• Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our scheduling and customer management platform, payment processor, email and text message providers, and website hosting
• Sunrise Propane, our sister company, where your request involves propane or generator fuel and you have asked us to pass it on
• Manufacturers, suppliers or warranty administrators where needed to process a warranty claim or order equipment for your job
• Professional advisers, insurers and authorities where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety

Payment information

Card details are provided directly to a 3rd party processor and are handled under their security standards and privacy policy.

If you enroll in a Shore360 membership, you authorise recurring charges as described in the Shore360 Membership Terms and Conditions.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and service records, and meet legal, tax, insurance and licensing requirements. Records relating to work performed at a property are generally kept longer than enquiries that did not result in a job.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us over the internet.

Your choices

• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Text messages: reply STOP to any marketing text
• Access and correction: contact us and we will update or correct your information
• Deletion: contact us to ask us to delete information, subject to records we are required to keep

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Contact us using the details in section 14 and we will tell you what applies.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to other websites, including our sister company Sunrise Propane and third party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
