The full terms governing Shore360 membership, including what is included, what is billed separately, and how the membership term and renewal work.
Shore360™ is a preventive maintenance and preferred-service membership offered by Shore Commercial Inc. ("Shore"). Membership benefits are subject to these terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
Pricing applies to the enrolled property and equipment identified at enrollment. Additional systems, equipment, properties, or services may require additional charges.
Shore360 is a 12-month membership. Monthly payments are a payment option for the annual membership and do not convert it to a month-to-month agreement unless Shore states otherwise in writing.
Membership begins on the enrollment date unless another effective date is stated in writing.
Where permitted by law and authorized by the customer, membership automatically renews for additional 12-month terms unless canceled in accordance with the agreement.
The customer authorizes Shore to charge the payment method provided according to the selected payment schedule. The customer must maintain a valid payment method.
Shore may adjust pricing for future renewal periods with notice as required by applicable law. Membership benefits may be suspended while an account is past due.
Customers may request cancellation by contacting Shore.
If a customer cancels before completing the initial 12-month term, Shore may, to the extent permitted by law and the membership agreement, charge the remaining membership balance or recover the value of services, discounts, waived fees, diagnostics, maintenance visits, or other benefits already received.
Shore may cancel or decline renewal for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, abuse of benefits, threatening or abusive conduct, properties outside the service area, or other reasonable business or safety considerations.
Essential Care: 5%; Complete Care: 8%; Premier Care: 10% on qualifying Shore repair services at the enrolled property.
Discounts do not apply to membership fees, complete equipment/system replacements, new installations, propane fuel or tanks, tank rental, permits, government fees, engineering/design, subcontracted or third-party work, financing charges, taxes, shipping/special-order charges, previously completed work, or existing estimates unless Shore approves otherwise.
Discounts cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, special pricing, or negotiated pricing unless Shore approves otherwise.
Shore may identify non-qualifying services, projects, equipment, and materials before work is authorized.
Members receive scheduling preference over non-members. Premier members receive Shore's highest membership priority.
Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day service, after-hours service, or a specific response/arrival time and remains subject to technician availability, weather, emergencies, workload, location, parts availability, utility outages, disasters, and other conditions beyond Shore's reasonable control.
Where stated as a benefit, the standard business-hours dispatch/service-call fee is waived. This does not waive diagnostic labor, repair labor, parts, materials, permits, refrigerant, fuel, specialty testing, or other charges.
Premier includes one standard qualifying diagnostic visit per membership year during normal business hours. Repair labor, parts, materials, refrigerant, permits, specialty testing, and after-hours charges are not included. Unused diagnostics do not roll over and have no cash value.
Premier's after-hours benefit waives only Shore's applicable after-hours surcharge when qualifying after-hours service is available. Other service charges still apply. After-hours service is not guaranteed.
Where included with Premier, Enhanced Labor Protection applies only to specifically qualifying repairs performed by Shore while the Premier membership remains active and in good standing.
It is not unlimited repair coverage or a home warranty. It does not cover pre-existing conditions, abuse, lack of maintenance, corrosion, flooding, lightning, power surges, utility problems, third-party modifications, manufacturer defects, acts of nature, or failures outside Shore's workmanship.
Specific coverage periods, qualifying repairs, limitations, and maximum benefits should be stated on the applicable repair invoice or separate written warranty.
The Shore360 Home Health Report contains general observations about accessible equipment inspected during membership visits. It is intended for maintenance and planning purposes and is not an engineering report, real-estate inspection, insurance inspection, code certification, guarantee of equipment life, or warranty against future failure.
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to equipment. Shore may decline work where conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, contaminated, obstructed, or outside Shore's licensed scope.
Membership does not make Shore responsible for conditions existing before enrollment, concealed defects, code violations, improper installations, manufacturer defects, corrosion, deterioration, or equipment failure.
Unless specifically included, parts, materials, repair labor, replacement equipment, refrigerant, fuel, permits, and corrective services are billed separately.
Shore360 does not replace or extend a manufacturer's warranty unless a separate written warranty specifically states otherwise. Manufacturer warranty eligibility and claim decisions are controlled by the manufacturer.
Preventive maintenance can reduce the likelihood of certain problems but cannot prevent every failure. Shore does not guarantee that inspected or maintained equipment will remain operational or failure-free for any specific period.
Membership applies to the enrolled customer/property and is not transferable to another property or owner without Shore's written approval.
Membership is available only within Shore's designated service territory. Adding or changing equipment may result in additional membership charges.
Customers must maintain safe equipment access, notify Shore of known problems, operate equipment according to manufacturer requirements, maintain utilities and fuel, schedule included maintenance during the membership year, keep contact/payment information current, and notify Shore if equipment is replaced, modified, or serviced by another contractor.
Included annual services must be used during the applicable membership year. Unused maintenance visits, inspections, diagnostics, consultations, discounts, priority scheduling, and other benefits have no cash value and do not roll over unless Shore agrees otherwise in writing.
Shore360 is a preventive maintenance and preferred-service program. It is not an insurance policy, home warranty, or equipment replacement plan.
Shore remains responsible for its work as required by applicable law and any separate written workmanship warranty applicable to a specific service.
These terms, together with the customer's enrollment information, selected membership level, service descriptions, and written addenda, constitute the Shore360 Membership Agreement.
If website advertising conflicts with the written membership agreement, the written membership agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
I have reviewed and agree to the Shore360™ Membership Terms & Conditions and authorize Shore Commercial Inc. to charge the payment method provided according to the membership and payment option I selected. I understand that the membership may automatically renew as described in the Membership Agreement.
